RE4 Greatest Hits version works on the PS3?

Is Resident Evil 4 Greatest Hits version works on the PS3?

I checked the Sony database on backward compatible list for names such as Shadow of Colossus. Then it found two entries, one is the original version and one is GH version. I checked other games as well, some games has Original and Greatest Hits version.

I got a GH version of RE4 but only found the original listed on Sony's page. I wonder if it can still be play...

Unless you have a European PS3, every game works.

(well 99.99% of them do)
