Real game or bootleg?

I want to buy this copy of Tetris DS:

Looks fine, US seller. Only thing is, he said it didn't work on his friend's DSI, I have a DS Lite, but I still don't want a bootleg. What do you think. The case, manual, and game all look legit. Thanks.

seems a bit odd how he has 3 copies of the same game, and they don't work in DSi, I'd say about 50% chance it's a bootleg.

I was trying to play Tetris DS online for the first time in ages just this week.

I couldn't connect my DSlite to my network because the DS doesn't support WPA, only WEP, is this correct?

I got it to connect to my neighbors unsecured wireless point, but I can't reach that from my bedroom.

as far as I know, there aren't games that just "don't work" on the DSi. I have owned a DSi since launch and one of the first games I tried was Tetris DS and it worked fine.

As for the legitness of this game, it looks legit to me... the telltale fakes on ebay have US cover-arts with european game cases (clear ds cases)
