ummm.... it should have been obvious to the op that this is fake, just look at the doctors comments
“This guys a real titwank. What sort of loser plays a game so much that when they’re separated from it; they don’t know the difference from that and real life. No psychiatrist would ever publicly, or privately to the patient or family, talk about a patient like that.
