really cheap xbox 360?

ok now I don't know very many technical terms so bare with me here. My friend absolutely LOVES video games ESPECIALLy Halo 3. He has an original xbox and halo 2, and he has Halo 3 but no 360, and he doesn't have a whole lot of money and neither do I but I wanna surprise him for his birthday. I am looking for the cheapest 360 out there that can play halo 3. It doesn't necessarily need a hard drive, but it needs cords. I'll just give him one of my controllers I guess. And it does need to work, and please not one with the warranty seal broken or whatever you call it where you can't send ti in. Thank you for your help:lol:

Cheapest 360 will be refuribished, GS sells them for roughly $149.99, I believe that is the Arcade version with a Wired controller.

$170 is about the lowest for a new console. I think the deal is over at Dell, but you can still do the 15% Bing cashback at tigerdirect.
