Rebuttal to Ryan?

Seems to someone of Boblike intelligence you mean?

The complaints were largely based on false premises, no "you too" fallacy there.
The sum of the critics of Ryan seem to be "The republicans didn't care about spending before - why care now?".

So, pointing out the farce that is "They did X, we get to do X" goes right along with the conversation.
Define X.

Explain how pissing away at least 14 times as much money in military misadventures should take precedent over improving aggregate health.
It's cheaper to kill people?
With substandard health care, yes.

With advanced weapon systems, no.

I have an epiphany. Let's export the American health care system to countries supporting terrorists.

Let's ask Obama. He *still* has troops in Iraq/Afghanistan.

Oh, wait, conspiracy theory lol where's the birth certificate?

Let's tackle both things.

1. Obama is crap and isn't trying to justify the need to spend just as much as Bush did over spending a fraction more to improve aggregate health care.

2. Obama could very easily be shown as an usurper and drummed out of office. His birth name of Barry Sotero and no mention of an alias of some Illinois Senate paperwork, his Pakistan travels with a non-US passport during his youth or a "found" birth certificate showing his birth outside of the US would bring his presidency to an end. Of course, that won't happen as long as he dances his master's tune.

EDIT: Please define X.

Actually, i wonder what the cost of building and using a nuclear missile against a country would be versus a year of public health care in the US.

I seriously want to know if we've made it cheaper to kill people.

That depends on population density versus bomb yield and the inevitable rebuilding the US will pay for.

You're making a very big assumption, namely that the Democratic health-care bill will improve aggregate health. It's much more likely, in fact I'd say a certainty, that it will make it worse.

Man, even the uber liberal super bias MSM (everyone but FOX) is on board with the reconciliation = nuclear option bullshit.

Reconciliation = house passes the bill the senate voted on, small amendments after that only require 51+ in the senate

nuclear option = cut off debate with a simple majority and take a vote
