Reccommend a book. To anyone.
Vampire Hunter D - Hideyuki Kikuchi

It just recently got translated into English earlier this year and is a very good read. Much, much better than the Anime based off of it. I need to pick up the sequel that came out in September. I'm not an anime fan, but the book is a very good gothic/science fiction read.
I was going to recommend this and figured no one else would, but good calll shipwreck. Loved the first 2 volumes and eagerly await the 3rd which the 2nd film was based on. Reading all of them will be a treat too, everyone wow is the least bit interested in sci-fi/horror novels should give these a try.

Uh - 100 years of solitude? Ill give that one a HELL NO. I had to read that for my IB advanced english class last year and it was horrendous. Not a good recreational read. You have to be a professor reading it for the simple fact of reading to get through it. Not recomended.
Was that the "Heir to the Empire/Dark Force Rising/Whatever the fuck" trilogy? I remember those being very good, and I despise Sci-Fi.
Yup. And the last book's name was The Last Command. He also had another SW book anthology "The Hand of Thrawn" but it wasn't as good.
