For those who live in Fairfax, VA or nearby.
The Circuit City in Fairfax has some of the discount games that are in the CC thread. I managed to snag Mark of Kri for $5 and Arc the Lad for $10 both for PS2. Also, they still have some clearance games at the Fairfax Tower Records. I just picked up Breath of Fire for PS2 for $10. They still have Prince of Persia for PS2 and Gamecube for $10. Also Freedom Fighters for Xbox for $10. If you ever wanted to get Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution for Cheap, it's $10 at the Burke Centre Target. Also, Toy's R Us in Fairlakes is having a green ticket %50 off sale. I managed to snag Klonoa for GBA for $10. That's all I have, I'll share more deals when I come across them in the area. Later.

Hey thanks Madflava. I was out that way today so I managed to go by Tower and there is still a lot of good stuff left. Nabbed POP for GameCube for $10 along with a few others like XIII. Also the older sports games (2K3, 2003 ones) are $5.99 there. Yet another good deal out there are a whole stack of Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes marked at $19.99, although I did pass on that one.

Many thanks MadFlava.... Is the Toys'R'Us in Fair Lakes picked clean? Last time I went there was at the time of the green tag sale, and I'm curious to see how much stuff they have left.

Note: Towers has a lot of games stored in the back. If you don't see them clearanced out front, try asking.

I was at the TRU at Fair Lakes last weekend. They still had a lot of stuff but I've found better deals on some of there games elsewhere. CC in Fairfax still has some clearance items. They employees never bothered to change the price of the games so something like Mark of Kri still has a $30 price tag on it but rings up $5. So people are just walking by these deals unknowningly.

Did anyone get James Bond: Everything or Nothing from Tower. I was hoping that they got it restocked but I didn't see it anywhere.

FYI you guys I did go to the Tyson's Corner Circuit City on Wednesday and saw plenty of Mark of Kri PS2, Star Wars Bounty Hunter GCN, Arc the Lad PS2, 2003 Jampacks, etc. sale games so there still may be stuff there. The CC in Fairfax had its GameCube section picked clean except for Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Tiger Woods 2004, one Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu and maybe a couple others. I did find what I think was the last Mega Man Battle Network 3 and Auto Modellista. They also had a bunch of Arc the Lad if anyone wants it for $10.

Oh yeah, I remembered at Tower they had 2 GameCubes left for $69.99 each, PS2 memory cards for $14.99, and a whole bunch of universal (PS2-GCN-XB) racing wheels for $9.99. Also DDR pads $9.99 and Pelican S-Video system selectors for $9.99 which is great if you have more than one system to hook up (I use several myself).

The CC near me didn't mark the prices either,so i got lucky and picked up 3 games for $31. I got Max Payne, Star Wars Bounty Hunter, and Sonic Adventure DX. I am going back at 10 am (if they are open) and picking up 2 copies of I-Ninja for my last haul (for a while at least) and before people flame me for getting 2 I-Ninja's, I am getting one for my friend who is paying me back and 1 for myself.

I gave in to temptation and checked the Fairfax Tower again on Friday. I saw Sly Cooper for $10, didn't remember seeing it the first time. They still had a Metroid too.

Any copies of Metal Arms: Glitch in the System left at the Fairfax CC? I'm stopping by the Barnes & Nobles near there today, and I might swing by if to pick up that and Arc the Lad if there's a copy left...

And Sly Cooper is very well worth the $10. Too bad I can't make another stop back there to check whether they have another one in stock...

The Tyson's CC had a ton of NFL Fever 2004 and one I-Ninja for Xbox when I was in there. I didn't see any Jampacks though. (Maybe someone bought them all between Wed and Sunday?)

Hello NOVA CAGers

I was at the Manassas- Circuit City and they had alot of games on clearance..well..this was last week unfortunately..when they had Siren for 19.99..I managed to pick Siren, Arc the Lad and Sphinx..I might check out the Fairfax Circuit City..just to see if any Mark of Kri copies are left..but yeah..I was at Tower Records last Thursday and picked up the Sims, Legend of Wrestling and The Matrix..and yeah..they still had some decent games left..I'm still waiting for the TRU Sale..coming up..in October..since the TRU in Manassas is virtually empty most days..so I'm hoping not that many people (hint" NOVA CAGers) won't be stopping by their..if not..hey I'll join with you guys on all the games their :D
