Not a bad deal for a refurb Wii, though occasionally they'll show up on Amazon's warehouse site for $150, which is where I got mine. But if you needed a Wii today, this would probably be worth it.

Also, am I going to have to learn what "recertified" means now?

It just would have been 100% clearer if you would have typed out the other 9 letters

No. No, I don't, and I don't know why you would assume so when most people probably don't.

Anyway, I'm not sure that saving $50 is worth the risk of a refurb Wii, especially when they don't specify what part of the system was worked on. Then again, all the sensitive parts (sensor bar and Wiimote) are relatively cheap and easily replaced if something goes wrong. It's hard to imagine something being wrong with the actual guts of the system itself.

Ego-boosting through car-building boasting? Either way, "Reman" is fairly simple to figure out.

As for the Wii, I wouldn't pay any more than $175. The Wii is losing ground on the developer side, which is truly ironic. Now, Mario Galaxy 2 and Next Zelda have to carry the console.

I guess MySims Racing isn't cutting it.
