So I've got Wii Remotes, Smoke Detectors, and Wireless Mice that all use AA Batteries. Normally I just go buy the mega pack at Costco of Kirkland but I'm trying to be environmentally friendly and not throw those into the trash, but storing dead batteries to eventually be recycled is annoying (first world problems, amirite?).
So it seems like rechargeable AA batteries would be a better situation for me. 14+ would cover the majority of my devices that use them.
What kind of AA rechargeable batteries are best in terms of what they put in the batteries? What brands have pretty reliable rechargeable batteries? And where is the best place to purchase them from? Costco? Elsewhere?
