Recommend a laptop for my sister

My sister want to buy a computer, but I'm not sure what kind to recommend because I don't know much about them. She's looking for a small laptop so she can play League of Legends with her friends at school. She wants the graphics to be nice, but it doesn't need a great graphics card. She also wants to run multiple programs at once. Not looking for anything flashy. Touch screen is optional. Her budget is $800.

They don't have that computer available anywhere near me (central coast CA). If I were to go down to BestBuy, what are the specs that I should be looking for?

Does it have to be local? If you buy local from bestbuy or walmart; the product you get will either be overpriced for what you can get.

For example the laptop the other person linked is a 3rd generation processor and a 610m video card which is for videos. If you want to buy a solid current generation laptop that can game for a decent price; I suggest you buy direct from the brand.

Lenovo for example, the cheapest laptop is $799 and you get a 4th generation processor and a 755m. Much different in technology but similar priced.
