Recommendations on a 300GB+ external hard drive?

well, i just maxed out my 250GB external hard drive. i take alot of pics. i run a seagate right now. what would you suggest for a quality HD i can rely on to keep my photos safe? i'm hoping for something close to the $100 range. i'm also wondering what a good pc site is, like avsforum.com for computers so i can do some research. thanks...

I would suggest buying an internal HD and then putting it in an external case....this is probably the most bang for your buck
