Hi, I'm looking to purchase one of these for my brother for his birthday. Should I wait on it or just go buy it now? Or is there somewhere, where it's fairly cheap retail price? I saw it on gamestop for $30 new and $28 used yesterday, but it's gone now and I can't seem to find it anywhere for cheaper than that. Thanks for any help! It's much appreciated.

Thank you for the help. I saw those and I was thinking of biting on the used copy. Do you think it's worth trying to wait on a sub 25 price? Or somewhere relatively near it? I had it $28.xx at GS used and shipped with the CAG16 coupon. But I closed the page and didn't realize the price went back up $10
