Why would you do it? If you want HDMI. I would consider this, basically trade in my Premium without my HDD, then buy this one.

I'd never by a used 360 from EB/GS, cos if mine ever breaks the first thing I intend to do when I get it back is trade it in at the aforementioned establishment.

Yeah, but the Arcade comes with a HDMI port.

$10 more gets you a new Arcade system with a memory card, and 5 XBLA games. I don't think the black finish looks all that great and it's unlikely you'd be able to find a matching black HDD for a good price so it would look even worse when you added an HDD.

Thanks for the post, but I'm leaning more toward the Arcade system. I have the standard system, but I want one with the HDMI port.
