reliable Ipod repair either online or B&M ????

Try resetting your Ipod if you haven't tried already:

Thanks my cousin may be able to do this now his just froze..

My Ipod Mini was having difficulty accessing the Menu, but with this reset, it works once again.

didsnt resolve my issue .thanks anyway ,now does anybody know a good repair spot!

If you bought it from the Apple store and you've had it for less than a year they'll replace it for you. The replaced mine with little trouble. Gave me a brand new one.
