Replacement plan from circuit city

Shitty. They make you send in the system and like 8 weeks later you get a gift card. Employees are often instructed to hide or even lie about this to sell the plans. Go to BB if you want a good plan that doesn't involve sending your machine in. I paid $50 for two years of on the spot replacement service.
