I have a problem with stuck pixels on a samsung 17inch monitor (which I bought the lemon policy/replacment plan on) at bestbuy. 8 months Later I was told out flatly that only if I had more than 5 of these pixel problems would they replace the monitor.
Yet I just read the thread below about trading a ps2 in for a ps3.
So my question is, I'm considering getting an hd tv from best buy. But I've heard numerous rumors about their product replacment plan --can only be repaired once and then you lost the plan for instance and a lot of horror stories.
Can anyone possibly provide some advice /experience concerning the circuitcity replacment/warranty? Is it any better than the bestbuy one or worse? I'd rather not get screwed again by bestbuy on a $350 monitor I bought that is damaged but unreturnable now it seems.
Or was what I experience just a fluke?
