Replacement PS2 DVD Cases

Does anyone know where to get replacement ps2 DVD cases with the memory card slot in them?

I have a few games that I got used that would like to be transferred into a new case.

I could always buy like 10 copies of Mojo or whatever, but would prefer to just get the cases empty, and in bulk.

I bought a bunch of Jampacks for a penny each at circuit city a while ago so keep your eyes peeled for those. Also I was in toys r us a while ago and remember seeing bundles of 10 empty cases taped together with a price tag on them I think they were like 2 bucks (also had the green xbox cases).
