Replacement XBOX360 Double Disc Case

Didn't know where else to turn. I'm looking for a replacement case for the Kung Fu Panda/Indiana Jones game for the XBOX360. Mine broke, and I'm looking for another official case.

On a side note, anyone know where I can get an official Blu-Ray disc case cheap too?
