Request: Cheap, yet good quality GPS unit

ddrlenz

CAGiversary!
Me and the little lady will be taking a trip in mid-July and are looking into picking up a GPS unit. We don't travel much, so we don't want to invest in a high price GPS unit...but something simple. Here are the features we're looking for, but they're not all mandatory:

Vocal cues for turns and such (Street names not important)
USB connection to PC + Able to download maps from Mapquest if possible.
Name brand such as Garmin or Tom Tom

And we're going to try to stay in the $40 - $80 market.

Anyone able to recommend something?

(Also, on a side note...anyone know a cheap place to find an adapter to use a laptop in the car for the power outlet?)
