Request: Decent inexpensive digital camera.

I used to have a Samsung NV10 for a while, it's only 10.1 mp but the frame is entirely metal and has withstood a lot of nicks and bumps. Could pick it up for $100-150.
Now I use a Cannon G12 to which I enjoy very much even if it no longer fits in my pocket the same.
