Request: HTC Touch Pro 2

2 year contract on the online site for Verizon, its $200. I think im going to get it once my Sprint contract ends in July.
I'm also looking for a deal on this phone. I wonder if Best Buy would price match Verizon's $200?
That's a good idea.... Anyone tried this?

I checked and apparently Best Buy doesn't carry this phone. They have the Hero instead. I'm going to e-mail Sprint to see if they'll match Verizon, considering I'm out of contract and have the option to add a line to a family member's Verizon plan for $9.99 and get the TP2. However, I'm on the SERO plan with Sprint, so if I could stay with them and get the discounted TP2, that would be the best case scenario. I don't need the phone now, so I could also just wait until there's a price drop or special deal.

I am heading over @ Amazon to see if i can get something woth my while over there. I like your idea bugeater.

I doubt they will for me, but it's worth a shot.

The Touch Pro 2 isn't available at a Sprint retailer, or at a Sprint store. They're only available via Telesales.

You can try calling Retentions and see if they'd be willing to offer it to you for $200 if you want to renew your contract.

Darn. I hate it when they limit the options to buy a phone. I haven't gotten a reply to the e-mail I sent yet and I'm about to go on vacation, so I think I'll wait a bit longer before calling unless there's a sale or sudden price drop.

According to members of SprintUsers.com, Best Buy has started stocking the TP2 and should be selling it by this weekend, if they're not selling it already. Same price as the Sprint website, but without the need to do the MIR. Hopefully, they'll have a holiday sale like they did for the Hero.
