Not really, the first frame of the gif started way over on the left so I thought I had a lot of space to show the hat but then I forgot it swings back to the right and gets cut off :oops: but I didn't wanna do it all over again so I left it[/quote]

I think I might have misspoken. I guess I forgot to mention that I saw it cut off on the left side so I looked at it again from fresh eyes and saw that the 1st frame had more space on the right since the image started on the left but I didn't notice till it was too late that it also gets cut off on the right but I got lazy and didn't wanna do it all over again :p

Thanks but I cant seem to get it to work. I saved it to my pics then clicked delete avatar in my profile and clicked submit but all it did was refresh the page and didn't delete the avatar.

For the static pix, Photoshop. For the animated ones, a quick combo run of Photoshop and Imageready.

The file size is too big, the max is 20kb. Maybe jaykrue forgot to switch the mode back to indexed color from RGB ...

Oh, you're awesome, jaykrue. I don't want to ask for any more, but can you make the Santa hat slung a bit more over his bangs so you can see the fuzzy ball part, if its not too much trouble? I have a kinda fascination with the fuzzy part. :oops:

had to reduce the quality a bit to get it under the filesize but I'm not skilled enough to reduce it further w/o reducing the quality as well :( :

If you'd like, I could unblur it easily. I blurred it because without it, the pixels are harder to matte, and thus the image looks jaggy.
