Requesting a good party game on XBOX or GCN.

Fuzion Frenzy. Twisted System is the greatest drinking game ever. Especially if you have the person who wins drink. Evens the playing field very, very quickly.
However, if you are actually intending to play this game at a party (usually not the sweetest party) I wouldn't recommend it. I'm not such a huge fan of "party" games. DDR is a very good game that you can actually have at a party. If you had a PS2 I would be forced to recommend either EyeToy game (personal preference is with Groove) and Karaoke Revolution.

Xbox Music Mixer is a good party game (in theory) if not just for the music visualizations.

Kung Fu Chaos is another game that me and my friends play, its always good for a laugh.

Rayman Arena.... even though it's only a kart racer on feet, it's the power-ups and effects that are great when playing with 4 people....

Also Midway Arcade Treasures, you've got Gauntlet, Super Sprint, Rampage and a couple other 3/4 player games... can be fun if you respect the elders.

why are you trying hard to look for party xbox games when gcn clearly has the upper hand in this aspect?

unless you don't have enough gc controllers or something =P

but yes, fusion frenzy would be the closest thing to mario party, and kung fu chaos will be entertaining for a good 30 min+.

We've had poor success trying to find a godo party game for Xbox, at least during my weekly gaming sessions.

But for GCN, you can't go wrong with Wario Wares. It might, in fact, be the perfect party game.

Yeah, Zelda is awesome, but it requires quite an investment in order to get the full four player experience.

Nonetheless, I wholly agree with your nomination.

I preferred xbox because I only have 2 gamecube controllers.. >_< But I think I can loot someone with a few... I did think about Fusion Frenzy.. But I feel its way too old. I picked up Wario Ware for 16 shipped. And will probably rent 4 Swords.

Still.. On the prowl for a good Xbox 4 player game thats not FPS.

If you're having people over that don't play games regularly, you can try Super Monkey Ball 1 or 2 and Pac Man Fever for the Cube. All those are perfect cuz they don't involve too much skill..

Yeah I second those (well maybe not Pac Man Fever, heh).

A fellow transplanted Mets fan, eh? :)
