So.... the last time I posted about these... I subliminally mentioned that PC Richards was the place to get them.

For those of you lucky enough to pick up on it...
congrats.

Anyway....
I'm very well aware of the fact that PC Richards has scattered copies of each game throughout many stores (except for Manhattan) in the NY/NJ area.

Long Island and Jersey would have the best luck....

So... if any of you guys are still looking for it....
Know that PC Richards is the kind of place that probably wouldnt even know they SOLD video games unless someone was asking about them...

so if you're gonna call each one in your area...

I suggest having them pull up the games through the system via their repective item numbers.

Resident Evil 2 - GC - Model 20003-0

39.99 each is a steal.....

i apologize.

i was never too sure how many were left in the area...
and it IS a local establishment.

it was only today that I had gone back and asked a clerk to punch the numbers which revelealed copies instock all over the area.

now that i know they're there...
(scattered stores... most each one but manhattan)
i wish you the best of luck.
 
additionally....
if you go in...

and they say they "looked it up"

have a sharp scan of the games in the glass counter anyway....

they don't always know what they're doing.

be sharp.
 
What the hell is a PC Richards? Hmm, good luck to those in the PC Richards shopping area. Hope that some of you share in the CAG goodness.
 
I have never heard of PC Richards, so I probably dont have one near me. Too bad, I would have bought these. Oh well it doesnt matter since i already have them I guess.

also... i've tried to order myself....
i was on back order since december and just cancelled this week.
(thats why i went in store today to check on the inventory)

apparently, and i talked to a manger's manager....
all stock is kept in one of two warehouses.

neither games are in the warehouses... only a few are scattered on the floors of a bunch of retail rooms in the area.

so... its not like they're gonna get your order... check the warehouse... see that its not there... then order it from a capcom distributor.

not gonna happen.

the next logical thing would be for the person who recieves your order to check for it in any of the showrooms (stores) and have it shipped from the store....

thats what i tried for the last two months.

doenst work that way either. too complicated for them.

they are idiots.


your order will be in limbo while some NY/NJ area cager will make it to the store and pick up the remaining copies.

NOTE: DO NOT EXPECT TO FIND MORE THAN ONE COPY OF ANY GAME AT ONE STORE!

there will either be ONE RE2 or ONE RE 3..... NO STORES have them both together. that would be too easy.

you may find one or two stores with 2 copies of one game.... but only if you're lucky.

this isnt a YMMV deal.

this is a "Your Mileage Depends on Which PC RIchards you go to and have them pull up a list of other PC Richards that have the item listed in stock then go there and get them."

wow if someone could pick me up a copy of RE2, i would gladly pay for cost, shipping, and a little extra for your time
 
i got re2 from ebgames last month, but i still need re3. i am feeling a bit risky so i will take the plunge and order a copy of re3.
 
i ordered a copy of re3 for $46 shipped. i doubt it will ever arrive, but heck if it arrives i will have completed my resident evil mega collection. =D
 
i picked up resident evil 2 yesterday at gamestop for 27.99 + tax. it is mint and complete. check your local gamestops the guy working said they have been getting them in once in awhile lately? also had suikoden II for 49.99 it is complete and disc is very nice only 1 small surface scratch.

Suikoden II is $60 at Gamestop B&M.
 
I checked the one on Flatbush and Atlantic Aves and the hardly had ANY games of any kind. The only gamecube game they had was F-ZERO :evil:

yep and she said the computer said they didn't have em'. she even had a box of games by her feet and she said that was all they had in the store!

They have some obscene sell pricing on eBay. Other than that, they're pretty much the same as the PS1 versions of the games.

Other people like to have all the RE games on one console, which makes the GC the only one you can do that with, with RE0 and RE4 out there.
