Here's the story. On Dec. 22nd, I went into Best Buy, and after looking at the ad, noticed Resident Evil 4 for the 2 for 30 promotion. I asked a clerk where the game was. She checked, and after speaking with a manager told me, "That's a misprint, but we'll give you a raincheck for it- it's not even out yet."
So i give them all my info, and ask to me e-mailed when the product comes in. Yesterday morning, I get an e-mail, telling me my raincheck has been canceled. I went down to the store and no luck.
Well, I go back to BB later, to PM the game with Fry's, and start talking to another manager. He said, if I have the raincheck, he'll honor it. 5 mins later they sell me Resident Evil 4 for 15 dollars and write, "Customer Satisfaction 1 Time Only", I guess I'll never be satisfied again!
