To comment on those who said to be weary of this because of possibly not getting a refund. A few years back I was scammed by a CAG person for $70. I filed a complaint and won, but the guy emptied his PayPal account and there was nothing they could do about it.
When the whole $15 360 controller thing happened I decided to jump on the Zune he was sellng. I of course did not get my item, so I actually CALLED PayPal and spoke with CS. I told them the story about me not getting my money back from the last dispute I filed and asked if the guy emptied his account would I be out of my money no matter what. I was told that in the past that was the way things worked, but now whenever you use PayPal and eBay it is 100% covered if you win the dispute.
I personally would have bought this game from the seller if I did not already have the game.
Yeah, I thought I was out the $15 with the controller fiasco. After I won the dispute, though, the e-mail did make it sound like you can still be screwed out of your money. Unfortunately, I deleted it, so I can't paste the exact wording. Maybe, someone else has won a dispute recently and could? I know it was along the lines of "if the seller's account does not have sufficent funds, we will take steps." Again, I don't remember exactly, but I had a feeling I wasn't getting my money, but then it showed up a little while later.
Anyway, this isn't such an amazing deal that it's necessarily a scam. Still, there are good points other poster brought up to make me think something up: the different style of description, the fact they are suddenly selling a ton of copies of one game, etc. Good luck to everyone. You'll probably get your money back if this goes up in flames, so not really a big deal, I suppose. I was just trying to help people out that didn't want to get taken.
