Saw Microcenter has at least 10 copies. I think it's their regular price since they are all marked with $19.99 white label. I did a quick check online and see many places still have at higher prices so thought would be good post.

Great game but 20 is the right price. It's a shooter shoehorned into the PSP. Sony Bend did an admirable job but I'm not convinced those types of games should be made for the PSP.
 
It's actually $20 at all Microcenter locations and has been for at least the last two weeks. It probably would be helpful to update the topic title to reflect that it's all Microcenters.
