As I said, not stellar deals, but the N64 needs love. It needs it. And this is a cheap and entertaining way to show your love. C'mon, let's give the N64 a spot back on the entertainment stand.
I'm trying to look for Pokemon Puzzle and Rogue Squadron but they're not there. Does that mean they're all gone?
Yeah, that means they're sold out. Keep checking back though; EB updates its preplayed game stock on weekday mornings, usually between 7:00 and 10:00 EST.

Ya know... I have almost EVERY one of those games. Never bought Legend of the Mystical Ninja though... rented it, got about half way and had to take it back. The temptation is there... but alas I can't be troubled to hook my N64 back up, especially when I have so many good GC games to play.

What is the quality of the carts you get from EB? I have reached the point where I won't buy CD games because I never get them in good condition. But carts are easier to take care of.

Carts are usualy in pretty good condition. I've never had a problem with them. And when you can get em that cheap, it's not too big a deal All my carts have been clean though, so, go for it. If not, you can return it in store.

I've gotten some pretty ragged carts lately from EB. Mostly SNES stuff, but I've gotten a couple of N64 games with torn labels.

I can't complain given how cheap the games are.

EBgames.com does have a good return policy where they will pay the return shipping for defective games, so if you do get a non working one it's easy enough to return/ replace.

All of my wherehouse.com games worked out of the box. I did get one ebgames cartridge that didn't work. I took a cotton swab and some alcohol an cleaned all the contacts on the cartridge and then it worked fine..

I picked up Mystical Ninja but damn, I really had to resist picking up a few others. With 164 Xbox games and only a handful of them finished, I need classic games like I need a whole in the head.

Thanks though. At least I could use one more quirky Japanese game!

My Banjo-Tooie's original label had been covered up by a plain white label with the words "Banjo-Tooie" written across it in permanent ink. I have no idea why they did that, since I can see the original label through the white one. :? And my Blast Corps label had its top layer peeled off.

I got an Alex Kidd cartridge that had the top part of the label ripped off.

Out of the last 20 cartridge I bought, probably 5 were in perfect condition, 10 were in decent shape, and 5 were bad.

Added it to the list, good eye! The game is an excellent side-scroller and everybit as biazzre as its counterpart. Reccomended!
A Little story snippet from IGN*
"The fearsome foursome of Goemon, Ebisumaru, Sasuke and Yae are called in to witness the Wiseman of Iga's latest invention: the super-gorgeous ghost return machine. To make a long story short, the evil nun Bisumaru steals the machine (which was invented for such benign activities as bringing deceased gorgeous superstars back to life) and uses it to resurrect Dochuki, the blue-skinned boss of the underworld. It's again up to Goemon to save the world from certain doom, not to mention a flood of smaller ghosts accidentally released by Bisumaru. "

I've gotten some in pretty bad shape, especially GBC games. Technically, if it plays they don't have to exchange it for cosmetic reasons, but the guys at my local store are pretty cool. They exchanged one with a scratched up label and swapped a Pokemon Pinball for one with a battery cover. It's worth a try.

I've also done a few in-store returns for defectives. Somehow I always end up getting the full amount back even though I used the 15% off code. Anyone else have this happen?

i had a wcw/nwo revenge used cart from ebgames.com and it was a nasty cart. the bottom chip where the system reads all contains in goo. and the label is like badly smudged in nasty goo. the cart on the side it has a cigarette burn which it kinda melted plastic cart on the side.

I REALLY want Banjo-Tooie. I played the first one so many times but never got the second one. What is any good? I am sure it was.
