Restocking at GS

i have a thread that relates to this question in trading....
any luck for me to take my recently opened(3 days) zune back to gamestop where i got it and ask if i can make a return. i no usually no, with opened stuff but could they do a restocking fee, etc.

Also I think I read your thread about how it forces your PC to go into Safe Mode. You might get away with returning it for a full refund citing that it doesn't work properly.
