Returning Gamestop used games from online

Hey guys I have a question...I hope this is the place for it.

1. Are you able to return used games that you buy from gamestop.com at your local gamestop?

2. Do the used games on gamestop.com usually have the box and instructions?


Ive never bought used from gamestop.com and im just wondering if its worth my time.
 
Funny you should ask. I bought MX vs. ATV Unleashed used, and Offroad Fury 4 used. Neither came with the original box or instructions, and Offroad Fury 4 doesn't work. It gets stuck on Loading and does nothing else. I've cleaned my PS 2 and the disc and nothing. I'm thinking about returning it, but it was only $7 and i don't think its worth that much of a hassle.

You have 7 days to return the used game. And I would think they would honor you buying it off their website and returning it to your local store. It's the same thing.
 
I think they send all the games with no packages to be sold online. Because people like the packages in the store. So they send the messed up ones for online.
 
Not the one I went to. Of course, it could be different for other stores but the one I went to has tons of used games and the majority of them do not come with their original box. At least 95% of them.
 
damn that sucks....My gamestop has cases for everything...

But can anyone answer my question about returning them to the actual store if I buy them online
 
I've returned games to the brick and mortar place all the time. They also will give you cases and instructions if you ask. Most places seem to take care of online customers pretty well. I've never had a problem with the 3 gamestops i frequent.
