Returning stuff at Fry's question

I bought an iPod Mini case but I don't really like it. It's open but will they still take it back?
 
they'll only let you return it for another mini case if the original was damaged somehow
 
welll im sure they will take it back if its open since i have seen people returning and exchanging pc games stating that it was missing disc, cd key, etc...and i have basically return almost everything besides opened video games...
 
tell them it was the wrong case for your mp3 player, and you'll take store credit. And that the product is perfect. If it's perfect they are willing to take it back and put it on the shelfs to sell it again.

I've taken back Serious Sam: Second Encounter for the Xbox. The disk skipped horribly. I couldn't even play the game. My Xbox is mostly untouched since I bought it and I have never had that problem with any other games (including used) so I returned it back to them and told them it was defected. The packaging looked repackaged anyway when I first got it. But because it was on sale and the only one left, I got it. The refunded my all my money. I didn't get store credit.

If I can return that, I'm sure you can return an iPod case.

That's what I was thinking. I seen people return a lot of stuff before to Fry's that would normally be denied at BB. For example, I bought an extra DVD drive for my computer and when I tried to install it, it didn't work for some reason. So I brought it back and returned it and got my money back. I think I should be able to return the case. Thanks guys and girls!
 
Yeah, Frys has an easy return policy; I've seen people return open items simply because they don't like it before. They should take back that case.
