returning to eb

quick question guys,

i bought a psp charger yesterday, it was new, however this morning i found my original charger.

i already opened up the one i bought, but the receipt says to the effect that i can exchange and return unopened accessories

anyone have any idea?

According to the return policy webpage, you can't return anything that's been opened. I'm not sure what the deal is with trading in accessories (stores where I live don't allow trading in stuff) but you could probably do that for a crappy price.

Not sure about that, had it been used they have a 7 day return policy. I've never taken anything new back to the store though.

I'd try taking it back. When I worked there I would take back an accessory within 7 days because a lot of them were crap. It's worth a try.
