It's a basic laptop. I found this review for the processor which is actually faster than the computer I'm typing on now. I'd say it's about 3yrs behind desktop high end CPU. I bought this for my middle-school kid since he needs it for exactly as mentioned above.

Was able to get my AC3 price-adjusted. Got $25 back. They forgot to include tax, but since they weren't technically supposed to match the price, I won't complain.

Thankfully they charged me the tax afterwards, so it likely won't get delayed. Hasn't shipped yet, however
 
So I was one of the few that didn't get the tax added this morning to my order and had just enough money in GC and rewards certs to cover the total before tax. I still owed $1.85 in tax. My order has already shipped so I call bby CS to make sure everything was ok with the order and I needed to pay for the tax portion of my order. They tell me they're not showing I need to pay anything and that the order has in fact shipped out. IDK what the deal is but guess I didn't need to pay the tax on it???

FYI. You automatically get expedited shipping for being a silver member. I made 2 different orders and it automatically added the expedited shipping when I received the confirmation email.

Yes it will only show up as reduced price if your RZ number is a Silver account.

Not 100% sure though.

My PS3 bundle and Dead Island shipped earlier... no sign of the blu-rays yet (or one of the blus I ordered yesterday, either)
 
Damm my stuff has yet to say start shipping. Probably because I got that printer and roku box. Although mine does say 0-1 days for shipping.

So I was able to get the following:

my order went through at 11am central and some of it has shipped already. Not sure why they didn't put everything in one box, but whatever.
 
I am not worried about the shipping on any of this. If it shows up in 2 weeks I still will most likely not play the games for another 2 months. Anything else is a gift and just needs to be here by the 23rd of Dec.

Really? I just saw the expedited shipping option was free on my 4th order and I was kicking myself for not getting it on my 1st 3 orders, including my ginormous 1st one. Was just about to call 1(888)BB but if this is the case I'll save myself the time.
 
Had the 8GB RAM & Dead Island in my cart for the past couple hours.

Decided to pick up the RAM for my macbook and pass on Dead Island as I already have the vanilla version.

What's the estimate on expedited shipping? I'm getting 11/22/2012 - 11/27/2012 on mine and just chose the default shipping option (not sure if it was expedited or not). Obviously good enough for me anyways.

Earlier today it was not an option. Maybe they realized that and just shipped everything ordered today expedited for silver members anyway. Because I know they shipped me stuff slow standard uspsmi in beat up thin packaging when I forgot to select it in the past.

Ended up placing four separate orders, ended up with 1 blu ray copy of Wrath of the Titans and 4 copies of Dead Island for the 360. Awesome, now I just need to get season 5 of Big Bang Theory, Max Payne 3, and blu rays of Last of the Mohicans, Fight Club, Thor, Captain America, Cabin in the Woods, and Brave

Would these items have to be paid with the best buy credit card? best buy canceled an order gift card is used. May be it was another reason.

I bought a TV(expedited shipping) and that arrives on Sunday which happens to be my birthday but the TV is for my dad. All I need now is a good deal on a pair of converse and I'll be all set for BF
 
I ended up getting Kingdom Hearts 3DS. Project X and Entourage Season 8. Anything else I wanted ended up sold out.
 
The pickins are getting mighty slim. I went back and picked up Dead Island and AC: Rev couple for my bro-in-law, but none of the movies I was interested in remain - and it appears a lot of stuff is sold out..

That was pretty dumb so I had everything I wanted and when I check out all of the stuff disappeared. Guess I get to brave the store on Friday for the 3 movies I want.

Same happened to me earlier. I had four items in my cart (Fringe season 4, Big Bang Theory season 5, Dead Island GOTY, and GTAIV Complete), as soon as I go to check out, they all "disappear" from my cart and say sold out. :cry:
 
Weird stuff happening with the site. Tax calculator wasn't working and shipping only listed Standard as an option. Also, the e-mail invoice and online order status listed a $6 shipping charge. Placed a different order later on in the day and Expedited was now an option.

I called in and the CSR could not find the extra shipping charge. No big deal as it wasn't actually included in the final total. They also couldn't change my shipping type from Standard to Expedited. Oh well...

Suffering from the Flu today and had to sit through their goddamn "blizzard" of bullshit. Finally about noon I was able to use my 115 in reward certs to get 3 seasons of Family Guy, Project X on Blu, Need For Speed, Darksiders 2, Sniper Elite and UFC 3. Gladly I will not have to leave my house on Friday, but I sure as shit hope I feel better by Weds cause I gotta drive 3 hours to drop my daughter off at her moms for the holiday. Back on topic though, How the shit does BB not know they are going to get slammed on a day like today after this is their 3rd year? I am not gonna do the rage post which was so prevalent during the 11-12 oclock timframe on here, but in all honesty, it is shit like this that costs them repeat customers. Hell, if it wasn't for the fact I had all those reward zone certs I would have given up myself.
 
It didn't really resonate with me until just now but...

I bought that Black Ops Vita bundle.

That was something I wasn't even planning on getting, but I guess I just couldn't help myself. I've been missing having a portable system. My OG PSP broke from a ledge fall and I never got the 3000 or the Go even though I really wanted one. I have an iPhone but I really don't like playing games on it. It's just not the same. I was hesitant with the Vita at first (cost, memory card cost, the fact that there isn't internal memory), but I think it does have some good games that can help my boredom whilst at work. I played Wipeout 2048 at Best Buy today (the 2nd time ever playing it. First time I played the Uncharted demo but it was very short), and it was a lot of fun.

I also bought ACIII without ever playing any of the other AC games in the series. I guess I'm going to have to get those now too. Well, I can get AC and then the Ezio Trilogy.

Dead Island was a great game - even with the little nitpicky parts. I played it through the first time alone. Highest tension zombie game I've ever played -- you constantly have to balance the desire to explore (my favorite thing in games) and the fear of running into a horde. Loved it. Hope the sequel plays as well solo ...

But, the multi is fun, too! If anyone is on the fence about it, at $7.99 it's a no-brainer.
