Rhapshody & Persona 2 o.o $30 used decent?

I'm not really into 'rare' games, so I'd like to ask the forums opinion on this -

I was in a Gamestop in Beckley, WV and I noticed a bunch of games that I always heard were considered 'rare' in the used bin.

Notably, 2 copies of Rhasphody and 1 copy of Persona 2. Each $30.

Is that standard price for these games?

Also, where can I get a list of 'rare games and approx. prices' so I know them when I see them?

Reprints. No longer worth the discs they are printed on, if you ask me - especially Rhapsody. Persona 2, however, is still at least a fantastic game.
