Rhythm Heaven Wii Backordered at Best Buy?

I placed an order for Rhythm Heaven Fever at Best Buy late last year (when it was listed at $5). Now the game has been released and Best Buy sent me an email today saying that it's backordered (which seems kind of unlikely considering I ordered about 4 months in advance). Obviously I was trying to take advantage of their price mistake on the game (which I heard about here or maybe on slick deals) and now it looks like they are trying to get me to cancel it.

Anyone else having this experience?
