Rift , a popular wow like mmo is going f2p starting june 12th. i myself have loved this game since launch and have subbed on and off since its release. having 4 max lv characters i still always come back for new content that is added often.
recently ive switched to other games on the market that went free to play. so i myself am excited to have read about this. thought id share this bit of news with my cag friends.
you can see a chart here with there current plan for restrictions for free members http://www.riftgame.com/en/promo/freetoplay.php . which in my opinion is a lot more lenient than other mmos on the market. cough cough swtor.
anyway though some of you would be interested in seeing this. dont know if i posted this in the right place but thought hey. the news makes me happy maybe it will make some of your days a tad brighter. enjoy and hope to see you in talara soon
