I recently got enough points for a wired 360 controller. It shows a picture of the official wired microsoft one on the site but they sent me a Pelican one :bomb: :bomb: :bomb: :bomb: :bomb: :bomb: :bomb: . I am pissed. Any chance they will take it back and give me the right thing?

They told me to keep the controller and gave me all of the points back!!!

Now I have a free 3rd party controller and 30 points back on my account!!!

What they wrote me:
Yes, since it wasn't the correct item we really have no use for it (unless somebody custom orders it, but that never happens)
 
I submitted an order for a wired 360 controller and they sent me a pelican (3rd party) controller. Needless to say I was quite pissed because it was advertised on GL as the official microsoft one. I wrote GL and they just credited me 30 points. They sent me an email saying they closed the support ticket and I now have 30 more points. They NEVER mention that I have to send the pelican controller back or give me an adress. Does that mean I can just keep it? I dont want to be banned from glagoon...
