$49 at Shopko if you can find one. There's still a few around here, so it's possible.
I've been looking for a deal on either Rock Band or Rock Band 2 bundles as well. I wish there was a Shopko around here. 
Walmart had the original rock Band bundle for $50, so I was going to pick that up and just get the other Rock Band games for cheap, but they were sold out along with Sam's Club.
