Rock Band 3 (Actual Guitar Controller)

I don't know about you guys, but I am really looking forward to this. What do you guys think?
Also, I have searched the interwebs/Google for pre-order/release date but have found nothing. Does anyone here know when they will sell it or for how much?

Considering the "fake" Mustang Pro guitar is going to be $150, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Squier Strat go for $200-250. A normal lower-end Squire Strat goes for $180 anyway, so I'm sure the additional videogame controls will add quite a bit to the price.

I would be okay paying that price(~$250), since I don't already have an electric guitar(only electric bass and acoustic guitar. )
Hopefully they release more information on this, if they haven't already.
