For those who have used multiple guitars now, which do you prefer?

I know there are some variants here and there within the specific types (ie the Wii version of the Les Paul, or the PS3 wireless Fender vs. the 360 Fender), but in the interest of having (hopefully) a clear winner, I've grouped them together. So if you think the PS3 Les Paul is a piece of crap but the Wii one rocks yer mom, then make that known below.

Honestly, I prefer the Rock Band guitar, but I just like the fact that the entire fret is a whole button... It's easier for me to slide up and down the buttons.

But the strum mechanism on the Guitar Hero III Les Paul controller feels superior to the Rock Band one IMO. The Rock Band one is a lil' mushy, but it gets the job done...(as long as it doesn't break on you lol).

i prefer the strum bar on the GH guitars.. the rockband guitar is a bit annoying when strumming fast.

but the higher frets on the rock band guitar are sexy.. you can pull off solos behind your neck - tapping style.

Ive logged far too many hours on each of my guitars. I would take the wireless Gibson any day. It makes the small improvements over the old GH1 and 2 guitars, and the Rock Band guitar felt like a piece of crap when I played with it at a demo. The lower frets are a cool idea but the way they press in kind of sucks to me. Plus it feels like it is flimsy and light.

I really don't care much for the Rock Band guitar, and it's mainly the strum bar's fault. I'd easily take a clicky GH-style bar over RB's mushy one. Of course, for the first few songs I really, really didn't like the RB guitar, so maybe I'm slowly warming up to it. It does seem like it randomly drops notes all the time, especially during long stretches of repetetive strumming (of which there are far too many).

I like the Rock Band guitar by a large margin. The soft strum bar makes for much easier fast stumming for me since I prefer a one direction strum, plus the clicky gh ones make alot more noise which always has annoyed my gf when I play.

My brother and I have been playing Rock Band and GH3 for most of today.

I have to say after even more time with it, the Rock Band Fender is my favorite guitar of the bunch.

I prefer the weight of it compared the rest of the guitars. The buttons are by far my favorite and I find shifting to be quicker and smoother. I also noticed after playing Rock Band my wrists don't get as sore. I'm guessing because of the limited movement of the strum bar I have to do less movement to register a hit.

Isn't Rock Band much easier than GH though? I mean your wrist shouldn't be moving as much, especially your fretting hand. My Rock Band (which I won from Goozex!) should be here soon. I didn't like the Fender when I played at Best Buy, but I didn't play it very long.

It is but it still has fast strumming parts on Hard/Expert. The fact that I barely have to hit the Rock Band strum bar to make it register a note is a lot easier on my wrist.

Don't know if that makes sense at all.

The Rock Band controller feels odd after getting used to GH. I expect more clacking and real button feel, instead it's very soft and... I dunno, smooth and awesome I guess. But it also worries me that I wouldn't be able to pull off the crazy sequences I can in Guitar Hero.
