RockBand 2 SE For PS3 @ WM - $49 YMMV

Hey everyone, at about 1pm today I went to walmart to get some crap and I noticed that they had Rockband 2 Specail Edition for PS3 (no 360) for only $50.

This is probably a huge YMMV, but I though I'd share with my fellow CAGs anyway.

Yes, and because it's RB2; all the instruments except for the mic should be wireless and the drums are quieter.

I didn't buy one; no PS3 for me and I have a strict anti-hoarding policy.

Anyway, I saw them at the Barrie, ON North end Walmart. People from Barrie will know of it as the WM across from the Georgian Mall. I saw about 5 or 6 just laying there in the middle of the electronics department. I kinda shed a tear when I saw them just sitting along with $2 DVDs, as if no one wanted them...

the walmart at tecumseh mall (windsor, ontario) had no PS3 RB2 sets
but the 360 ones were at $140

gonna check dougal one tomorrow

The walmart website listed the stand alone game for 49 so this is where the pricing mistake is

They were pretty much sold out of any music game bundle at my local walmart, unless you wanted a PS2 version...!

Square One Walmart had a few left (both systems) but scanned at $99 despite the $159 sign above them
