Rocket Knight code hunt (XBLA) + (now with Steam!)

I went through all 23 pages of past articles, and in to every article you've ever written. I found nothing; maybe I'm missing the point of where codes are hidden or something. I don't get it; oh well..

The good thing is that, unlike past contests, the codes will not be broken up into segments (but no hints this time). If you find a code, attempt to redeem it on your Xbox Live dashboard, and if it starts downloading you are all set!

I also think it would stick out considering with the Frogger contests the codes were out in the open and not just smooshed in some block of text. But ya no luck so far.
 
Been looking for awhile found nothing. First time I catch a contest seconds after it was posted and I can't find anything lol.
 
Yeah I get there are no hints, but like everyone's saying.... what are we lookin for? Somebody better not say I code for Rocket Knight either! I mean is it jumbled? The first letter of every other paragraph? Will it be in the standard xbla code? This is frustrating me....also looking at the comments left by other readers I don't see anyone thats ever won one of these code hunts, just the same damn thing, "where are the codes?"
 
OK, maybe I'm wrong, but why the letters & numbers in the Miami Law review? I actually read the article and don't know what the "78RMH" means.

I won a Frogger Returns code for PSN from the site before. It was in normal PSN code fashion. It even had spaces above and beneath it so it couldn't be missed. I'm assuming the codes might be put up tomorrow but no idea.

Congrats on the win, so the code couldnt be missed on the frogger contest? I was gonna try that until I saw it was just PSN. Anyways if he didn't put up the codes then this is a waste. But why advertise? I like one comment someone wrote in there about how this was all a ploy to get traffic to the site...makin me wonder now...

Oh and I've gone from the May through March articles and cant find anything yet....

Sill hunting and found that past contests codes are still mixed in and have not been removed. SO who knows what codes we find are for what contest. The code above was for a sega classics XBLA contest back in nov. Yes I am in Nov working up now....just bored I guess. I hope I'm being of some help though to someone. Anyone else having luck?

I really appreciate everyone's help in reminding me about the older codes, which I forgot to remove. Really sorry about that. I just might throw in a random code in this thread as thanks ;-)

Please dont put a code on this thread! Too many lurkers on here that its hard for a real CAG to get them sometimes. To make it fair just PM me a code! lol Seriously maybe a hint or how many codes are available would be good. :D

Nice, since I already looked at the page it was stored... I didn't see the code til I refreshed the page. Sucks for me, but congrats on the win.
 
There isnt entry, you search for the code in all of his old postings, and pray you were the first one to find and redeem it.

Im guessing there was only 1 up for now, because i checked all of the topics, and unless my eyes failed me i only saw the one that was redeemed

There are "multiple" codes.... So far Ive spotted 3, but only 1 was for the rocket knight contest, past and future codes were mixed in.
Also make sure to refresh your browser as some pages were updated after I started looking. Codes are prob gone by now though.

And for future reference, are all the codes placed at the beginning of the contest or are new ones periodically added through the end of Monday?

While I understand this method is great for your site in terms of hits, it's annoying to the users. Luckily, I have the game myself.
 
yeah i spent HOURS searching last night after someone found one. are you only doing one at a time or are there more then one hidden at a time? it would help if you were more specific.

Thats what i'd like to know, if its only going to be one code at a time, i REAAALLY dont feel like spending hours just for the slim chance, only to have to try it again later. (Not that i dont like the contest or whatever, just saying)

so you put 2 codes up (one at a time) and thats multiple codes? dude, i literally wasted my whole evening the other night driving myself nuts and pretty much pulling my hair out.... all for a code that wasnt even there....the least you couldve done when you made this contest was tell us that you were only going to be putting one code up at a time... i hope you enjoy your hits because i personally wont be viewing your articles ever again....

Forget this, I spent 25 min. looking though at least 20 articles and all I found was the used Steam code. Don't waste your time guys.
 
Redeemed the code from the "Scenes from the Split/Second multiplayer event" article (PF92E-CCWRK-V427M-2Y7JD-I3MYM)

It ended up being a code for Puzzle Chronicles instead, but I'm still happy. Thanks for the contest.
 
I don't think you guys realize, but he usually only has one up at a time. I posted that I got it. There was no point for you guys to keep looking.

There was another code on the "Rush 'N Attack Ex-Patriot impressions and screenshots" page. The code had already been redeemed by someone else.
