I would love to see Gilmour tour but he is semi-retired so who knows when he will hit the road again. My dream is a reunion tour of the living members of Pink Floyd but who knows when or if that will even happen.

My parents and I have always loved Pink Floyd. "The Wall" and "Dark Side of the Moon" are two of my all time greatest albums. Seeing the entire "The Wall" album live will be amazing. I can't wait for this show!!!!

Damn too many shows coming up: :whee:
Iron Maiden/Dream Theater in July
Slayer/Megadeath/Testament in August(I think)
Rush in September
And now Roger Waters 30th anniversary tour for 'The Wall'

Whoa! Whoa! Didn't hear about that! Friggin awesome! Saw them at their Snakes & Arrows tour and they were great.

This alongside Slayer and Pink Floyd definitely has my attention.

Actually, it's going to be Aug 29th in my neck of the woods and much earlier for others.

They are also playing 'Moving Pictures' in it's entirety for this tour.

I saw Waters tour "Dark Side" and it's my favorite album of all-time so it was pretty great.

I don't like "The Wall" much at all, probably won't go to this. I'd rather see "Wish you Were Here" and "Animals" played back-to-back.

It won't be the same without Waters and Gilmour. They hate eachothers' guts but both of them together is possibly the greatest combo in rock history.

Waters did The Wall without Gilmour once back around the time of the Berlin Wall coming down, it was okay...not great. I saw that on TV, my dad also bought the album afterwards. There were some excellent guest appearances though to fill Gilmour's shoes. Still not the same though. Pink Floyd was kind of like The Cars, you needed both vocalists or it just wasn't the same.
