Okay... I feel really charitable to those people who cannot make it to a CC this sunday, July 3rd for the $9.99 deal. Through this I will be willing to pick up games for people at my local CC. At the end of this thread I have the list of what I was able to find on the storeroom floor at CC, but before you decide to get a CC game from me, please read below as it will save me alot of headache as well as confusion.

  • -Do not PM me about anything related to this thread! No requests in PMing, all request must be posted on this thread!

  • -First come first serve: when I come back from CC with the games, I will work my way down the list of people who posted requests starting from earlyest to latest PMing each one, at my own pace, so please be patient. This way I can work on each shipment and each payment will be worked out before I work on the next... all requests must be before July 3rd or I may not be able to make another trip!

  • -If you place a request you must be willing to pay ($15 to cover all costs = game, packaging, priority mailing), if not you will be given a bad rating (unless you notify me a good enough reason why I don't need to give a bad rating). I am not doing well financially so don't think I am doing this because I have a load of cash I can use... I just care about CAGs in general.

  • -Payment can only be taken through Paypal (at [email protected])! Dosn't matter if it's a bank account or Credit Card. It will still work.

  • -Cost is $15 for everything (read above for details). Additional items (more than 1 game) will be about $13-$14 more for each additional game.

  • -Taking requests for games on list only, will add more if more are found at a later date. Do feel free to ask for me to look for certain titles though that are not on the list, as I will have alot of time on my hands.

  • -If you see something on my wants list when you are in the process of paying for your games, I am willing to to do a full trade or a trade + money

got to warn you the PS2 version has a major save bug in it. The game will not override the old saved data and it will mess up your file. I played it for 15 hours on the ps2 and WHAM got the major save bug. I got it for the gamecube and havent ran into the bug yet. only played it for 3 hours on gamecube. not really that fun of game to replay and dont really feel like replaing all the same levels just to get to the same spot i was before the save bug hit. SO just heads up you dont want to put 30 hours into a game and get hit with the bug and never be able to finsh it.

also i was told the Gamecube and xbox both have the same bug in it so it might not be worth the risk to play it??
 
Nevermind on the Amplitude - $15 is a bit pricey for me, since I can get it around that price used and get a $5 dollar Pricegrabber rebate.
 
please try to post 1 game per person unless you are really desperate... let's jsut say I have only around $250 in my bank account at the moment :lol: but feel free to indulge... I just can't promise on everything.

Im up for project snowblind for XBOX.
(as a secondary id be up for king of fighters impact. )

Mostly I just want project snowblind though.
Let me know after sunday if you're able to pick any of them up.

Supposed to be pretty decent... reviews have said it feels alot like an action packed version of Deus Ex.

Can't really go wrong for $10, and average reviews on Gamerankings are all 80% or higher.
 
If you wouldn't mind picking up a copy of SNK vs. Capcom, I'd really appreciate it. BTW, should we pay you through paypal?

That's definitely not worth $15... just spring an extra $5 and grab the ps2 or xbox version, the GC one has some control issues that completely destroy it, imo.

And the KoF is King of Fighters: Maximum Impact, the 3D one in the cardboard box.

Just curious.... what is the better deal at BB on Psi Ops? Is it $10 there already, so it could be $5 with the GGC? I'm assuming the BB is for Best Buy and not Blockbuster. I'm wondering because this is one of the few games I was going to look for in this sale.

It's 4.99, so free after coupon.

But good luck finding any this late in the game.

Psi-Ops has a $5 dollar pricegrabber rebate, so it's essentially $5 dollars in the end if you get it from CC.

Alot of you might want to think good and hard before picking up these games at $15 a pop... no offense to Rolento, but alot of this stuff can be found elsewhere at 9.99 - 14.99.

SNK Vs Capcom is 14.99 new at EB, for instance.

Cool, thanks. I haven't been to my Best Buy in a while, but their selection is never great. Maybe I'll check there tomorrow, and if no luck, there's always CC on Sunday.

One more stupid question and then I'm done. I've seen the pricegrabber rebate mentioned on CAG several times, but I have no idea what it is or how it works. Is it like BB's reward zone- something you need to be signed up for?
*EDIT*- Never mind, looked it up and found out my question was even dumber than I thought. I didn't even know pricegrabber was a website; I thought it was a CC promotion. What a rookie. :oops:
 
This doesn't belong in the deals forum, it belongs in the Trading forum.

And so therein it goes.

Oh, and as far as we're concerned, if someone backs out of a deal and no money or game(s) change hands, it's not negative-worthy for a feedback. Only blown trades such as games not as advertised, non-shipment of games, and the like.

Just to clarify that point.

no offense at all! I am just doing this for people that aren't able to make it out to CC for this deal on sunday. it's $15 to cover all the costs I have to pay for the game, shipping, and packaging.

oh, and today is the last day folks!

Haha, it's all good.

Shrike got me a copy of Amplitude anyways, so I'm all set for the sale.
 
remember people... if I can get the game I will get it... when I am back from CC tommorow in the afternoon I'll post what I was able to get or not able to get... I do not know how many other CAGs go to this CC I do... or if employees get some games before me.

Ya... actually Gladius is one of my favorite games. I played through it and enjoyed it so much that I played the alternate character game as well, plus I wanted to try out some different groups of fighters... and find all the secret stuff in the game. I digress though, the game is definitely worth playing, I have it on the GC and it never messed up my save files. Did freeze up a couple times though, but probably because I played it non-stop for quite some time.
 
Mkay! got the games! could not get games for everyone, but was able to for most people.

it was hard to get some games since I dove in the bin and franticly looked for stuff since 5 other CAG wannabes were doing the same thing. so here's what I have:

Project Snowblind PS2 and Onimoshu Blade Warriors --- for me!

Hamtaro Ham Ham games --- for OiBoy

Project Snowblind (x3) --- for Tromak, Noodle Pirate!, and veitgurl

Ridge Racer DS --- for clockworkvictim

monster rancher 3 --- for chickenhawk

and that's it.... sorry for anyone I was not able to get any games for... it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be... not to mention some of the CC employess bought some stuff before anyone else could.

I'll Pm you in the order listed above... wait your turn as I will get you you... I amy not be able to PM you today, tommorow, or even tuesday, but all games should be out of the door on wednsday.

Thanks for trying...as it turns out I was able to get to CC today and I did find my Baten Kaitos. Worked out okay in the end!!
