Avoid Dead Island like the plague. Horrible game that is only saved by it's lackluster co-op. 

Most of these seem overpriced but Metal Gear Rising, Zone of the Elders and Fallout 3 GotY are great prices.

 
Just to add... Wal-mart had an exclusive version of Metal Gear Rising that came with a soundtrack disc (32 tracks).

 
pretty much every retailer still lists Devils cartel as the overkill edition but chances are you'll only find the 2nd pressing

Kmart also has it as one of the $4.99 Dumpbin games.

Edit: I also grabbed Worms Collection, Sonic Generations, and Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection at Kmart for $4.99 for anyone interested.
