For anyone who may be interested, this is the lowest price I can recall this title ever being. I picked up a copy, and while it's not a great game, it's been supported with a decent amount of post-release content. It's at least worth this price, and it could always get cheaper since it's on clearance.
No luck with the PS4 version - $24.97 and seemingly out of stock on Best Buy's site.
