I would wait until black friday/december for the PSP Atlus games, last year Amazon had a big sale on a bunch of Atlus games, I suspect that the same will be true again this year. I don't think Devil Survivor will be part of the sale but it could be.

DQ IV is pretty cheap at most stores these days, I think it's the cheapest at Amazon but I could be wrong.
