I still say it's not Kakashi. If Kakashi had it don't you think he would have used it to counter Itachi that one time? Also if he did have it would put him nearly at the same level as Itachi. But yet we know that Orochimaru is scared of Itachi and Kakashi is scared shitless of Orochimaru.

True, or it could be that, although Kakashi has the Mangekyou, it's not very well developed since he's not fully in control of the sharingan.
 
The third one may just be a wild card, so later on in the future they may have more material to make more episodes or chapters in the manga.

No, but I thought when spoilers were going to be mentioned that the Spoiler notes would be there like it has been done before. I don't like to read spoilers, especially when they're not marked as such. Not ragging on you, just suggesting that the spoilers should be marked as such for people like me who don't want them. ;)

urg, another misunderstanding, or more like a bad translation. Itachi said including sasuke, there would be 3 people to EVER obtain the mange, the third person he was talking about is the very first person to obtain the mange, way back in Uchiha's history.

that person is also most likely dead.

Well, here's Inane's translation off Narutofan:

If you look at the wording, he says there will be 3people who can handle the mangekyou sharingan. When you talk about a dead person, you refer to them in the past tense. He could've easily said, 'Including myself, there will have been 3 ppl who can handle the mangekyou sharingan.' The fact that he said it in future tense implies the possibility that the 2nd mangekyou user is still living. I don't see anywhere where he talks about Uchiha history. Granted, you could be right that it's a mistranslation but Inane's done a pretty good job so far so I highly doubt they'd let something like that pass through their QA ppl.
 
I was watching extreme makeovers the other day, and theres a doctor on there that looks exacly like orochimaru. He's even got a kreepy vibe goin on. Anybody else think this also?

Take a look at many long, dark haired goths and you can easily find orochi's twin :D

I was talking to a buddy about Naruto and we were thinking about with if the nine demons were goin to be inserted into the 9 members of the Akatsuki. Each one goes after a specific demon that would enhance their natural abilities. Like Itachi's prob is he uses way too much Chakra and his eyes get damaged, but with 9 tails in him he would heal himself and have a huge supply of it.

That makes a lot of sense but it's still too early to find out exactly what they're doing with the demons.

I don't think that's the case. I think whatever plans they have for the nine demons, it seems like they've had them since Orochimaru was part of Akatsuki. They mention that the procedure would take longer since Orochimaru wasn't there. So if you're theory were true then one person would have been left out.

Maybe that's what Akatsuki was originally planning. Maybe they're also looking for a new person to replace Orochi.

well they would just not need one demon out of 8 and it just makes it harder to put a demon inside one of the members because they are a person short. Its just a theory so I guess we will have to wait a long time to find out
 
Grrr.... I can't stand much more wait.... I think I'm gonna cave in....

(The only good thing is that this week and next week will be packed, since I have finals coming up...)

Great episode but I doubt we'll get that far next week considering their tendency to be flash-backerific. Maybe the week after, though.

Also, did it seem like Sakura's voice was different to anybody else?
 
I think next week is gonna end with them getting ready to do what Sblymnl posted...This week was definitely a good episode. Can't wait for the next one.

Yeah I was hoping that it would end right there, but now that I think about it I'm not so sure. Just looked over the manga, it looks like at best they'll cover 229 - 231. So maybe it won't end with that, but rather this, if not even earlier.

Gotta love whenever Naruto goes Kyuubi. It's weird...I love this fight, but I seriously think there's so much more they could have done with it. There's just....something...missing it seems.

I finally copied episodes 1-125 to dvd, maybe now I can get some of my friends to give it a shot.

And all this dvd burning made me want to go watch Lee vs. Gaara again. :lol:

My friend is working through the series, and he's making me want to watch some more. He just saw 114-117, so he saw those two huge changes in characters, and it made me watch them again.

Did you do a straight data transfer or encode it to play on a normal dvd player?

Straight data for now, I didn't want to spend the time (and $ on DVDs) just yet.

Same here. I'd like to make it a DVDROM for regular dvd players but that just takes was too long to encode and burn. I figured I'll be better off just connecting one of my computers to my projector (on S-video since I don't have component cables yet) and showing it there.
