Sadness beta footage?

I'll say its fake because of the following: Look at how the crosshair moves. There is a jerkiness and a mild lack of direction that is reminiscent of the dual stick movement in FPS.

DarkNess is right. Many people are certain it's a PC game called Infernal, and here is the person on GoNintendo.com that set out to prove it:

The corridor in that game looks similar to corridors in the supposed Sadness vids.
A guy told me that the vids are from infernal being played in infernal mode, which is probably why its black and white and fuzzy and the hud is backwards.
You can also see in the pic, the hud has health and mana in the same font as the vids.
