It is common. If you actually read the fine print they are not providing the program but tech support for it. You get stuff like this all the time :

All the sites are the same, lots of fine print or sometimes no fine print at all and are just scams.


Just stay away.
 
yah, thanks for the info.....i thankfully wasnt even considering getting this but was just curious because i know someone who has it.
